It is the responsibility of the customer to check the following details are correct on receipt of order: design, colour, quantity, and quality.
COLE & SON CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND A PRODUCT ONCE IT HAS BEEN CUT – this applies to both wallpaper that has been cut and/or hung, as well as cut-to-order lengths of fabric. This includes deliveries made to third parties at the customer’s request.

Exact colour matching between different production batches cannot be guaranteed. Where an additional quantity is required please note the print batch number. Stock cuttings can be supplied on request.
Cole & Son recommend all customers view a sample before ordering. Sample requests should arrive within the following time frames after processing: UK 1-2 working days, mainland Europe 5-7 working days, Rest of the World 7-10 working days. To order samples online, select a design and click ‘Order Sample’. Please note: if ordering both wallpaper and fabric samples, these may arrive in separate deliveries.
